Do you charge an art setup fee?
No, we never charge an art setup fee if you provide us with the artwork. We will size the art to fit and then send a .pdf proof, all free of charge.

Do you charge for personalization?
No, we will swap out names on each award for free. It helps if you can provide us with a list of names electronically, so we can easily insert them into our layout (such as a Word .doc file). Etching/personalization is always included in our pricing.

What kind of art do you etch from?
Our laser etches from black and white line art. Vector art submitted in an .ai, .eps, or .pdf file works great.

Can I order blank items?
Yes, please call us for pricing. Our listed prices include etching/personalization, so blank items will have a reduced cost.

Do you offer large quantity discounts?
Yes, please call for details. Quantity pricing varies for each item.

What is your turnaround time?
Please allow at least 5-7 working days from the date we get your PO, to the date we ship out. Turnaround time depends on the quantity of the order and availability of the product. Rush services available, please ask us for details.

Can you etch on provided items?
In most cases, yes we can etch on items you provide. Please contact us for pricing regarding your specific request. For our etching services there is a $20 minimum per order.
